In the strategic planning process, we guide you through 2-3 half-day workshops, culminating in the production of a documented Business Plan. This plan will be your “bible” for the upcoming year, allowing you to communicate your vision and strategy to internal (management) and external (bank/investor) stakeholders, as well as set targets for yourself and your staff.
